Isabel Ramos joined Ute Clement Consulting GmbH in 2014. The Brazilian-born consultant has been living and working in Germany for the last 8 years. Alongside the many change projects she supported as an internal consultant at BASF SE – i.e. post merger integration, restructuring, team development, and training programs – Isabel Ramos is also well-versed in intercultural management and virtual collaboration.
Isabel Ramos is systemic consultant and holds the degrees of B.A. in Social History and M.A. in Linguistics.
Simon Weber is a consultant at Ute Clement Consulting GmbH and coordinates change processes, moderates team development workshops, kick-off meetings and facilitates focus groups. He successfully consulted in international change projects.
He studied business administration and worked as a controller at Deutsche Post DHL before he studied psychology at the University of Heidelberg.
Niklas Gaupp works as a consultant at Ute Clement Consulting in the areas of team and organizational development as well as organizational consulting. He worked as a trainer for democracy education with a program based on group dynamics before he pursued an academic career at Oxford University where he completed his doctoral thesis on Niklas Luhmann’s systems theory.
Afterwards he gained experiences in the area of leadership development and trained as a systemic coach and consultant with different areas of expertise.
Jacques Chlopczyk successfully consults international change projects. He facilitates team development workshops, kick-off meetings and large group conferences. He also provides performance support for teams in ongoing change processes and consults community building initiatives.
As psychologist and systemic consultant, Jacques Chlopczyk has been working for Ute Clement Consulting GmbH since 2009.
Claudia Ulrich is an experienced consultant, trainer and business coach for change management, change communications, team and leadership development. She has gained international leadership experience and has become an expert for marketing, corporate communications and change management during her 15 years career at BOSCH. For more than eight years she was Head of Corporate Communications and Spokesperson for the Bosch Rexroth AG. As Change Manager she facilitated several Post-Merger-Integration, restructuring and divestments processes.
Claudia Ulrich is a graduated translator and holds a MBA in International Marketing.
Susanne Moosdorf has more than ten years of experience as a senior HR Manager and also more than ten years as trainer, coach and change facilitator. She has successfully consulted international change processes, team development programs and organizational conferences with a strong focus on engaging the relevant target groups.
She is a psychologist, systemic consultant and has been working for UteClementConsulting since 2016.
Christiane Ackerhans has been consulting and accompanying leaders and their teams in large, complex change projects in international settings for more than 20 years. She benefits from her comprehensive experience as internal change manager, organizational developer, coach and leader in international corporations like Volkswagen, Fairchild Dornier and Bombardier Transportation.
Christiane Ackerhans holds a diploma in Social Science and further systemic educations as team and organizational developer and business coach. She wrote her doctoral thesis on the topic of “The role of leaders in organizational change processes”.
Michael Zillich’s focus of activities is in the field of team development and organization consulting, including the consulting of change processes and training of specialists. He has substantial experience in the support of international projects, among others in Asian and African countries for international organizations and development co-operations.
Michael Zillich holds a degree in education science, psychology and Indology (M.A.) and has been consulting for Ute Clement Consulting for many years.
Christian Ried’s working focus is on change projects, change management, talent development and facilitation of high potentials and experienced managers. After several years in the CRM software industry he worked as project manager in the management consulting business. There his main focus was in customer loyalty management.
He is a systemic consultant and can draw upon many years of experience in consulting and facilitation for experts and managers in the internal consulting unit for organizational development and change of a large DAX company.
Brigitte Ott-Goebel consults change projects, facilitates team workshops and supports executives with individual coachings. She is an expert for cross cultural management specialised on China and Southeast Asia where she accumulated considerable negotiation experience for more than ten years. For Daimler AG she gained global exposure as a manager of Sales Controlling, in Sales Organization Development and as an internal consultant. Her assignments included a long-term delegation to Poland.
Brigitte Ott-Goebel is graduated in business management (B.A.), certified trainer and systemic coach. She teaches at the University of Applied Sciences (FOM) Stuttgart, at Human Resources at Shaanxi University of Finance & Economics, China, and mentors junior managers.
Madeleine Rodriguez Startz
Madeleine Rodriguez Startz works as an international facilitator, coach and consultant with 19 years of professional experience. Born in Switzerland and grown up in Andalusia as well as in the Rhineland she works around the globe, effortlessly moving in between cultures.
Based in the Netherlands, she works in development cooperation (DC), in industry and non-profit organizations. As systemic coach and consultant she is experienced in accompanying group processes and change projects, facilitating workshops and providing training for leaders and employees.
As psychologist, mediator, trainer and systemic consultant Peter Herzau has been supporting organizations in improving their communication and work processes since 10 years.
He is an expert in facilitating workshops in complex change and strategy procesess. As a systemic consultant he supports clients in profit- and non-profit environments as well as the public sector. He lectures on conflict resolution and is a certified mediator.
