UTE CLEMENT

Ute Clement is a much sought after consultant for senior projects and change processes in international business contexts.
Intensively she accompanies the progress of your change projects from the development of the change architecture to workshop facilitation and executive coaching.

For more than 20 years Ute Clement has been focusing on consulting international change projects and her slogan „Passion for Change“ stands for a systemic and goal-oriented consulting practice which makes change in companies a benefit for all parties involved.

Ute Clement is a psychologist and systemic consultant. At Daimler AG she was Head of Leadership Development and Head of Intercultural Management for several years. Furthermore she publishes and speaks on systemic and intercultural consulting and intercultural management.

SIMON WEBER

Simon Weber is a consultant at Ute Clement Consulting GmbH and coordinates change processes, moderates team development workshops, kick-off meetings and facilitates focus groups. He successfully consulted in international change projects.

He studied business administration and worked as a controller at Deutsche Post DHL before he studied psychology at the University of Heidelberg.

JACQUES CHLOPCZYK

Jacques Chlopczyk successfully consults international change projects. He facilitates team development workshops, kick-off meetings and large group conferences. He also provides performance support for teams in ongoing change processes and consults community building initiatives.

As a psychologist and systemic consultant, Jacques Chlopczyk has been working for Ute Clement Consulting GmbH since 2009.

CLAUDIA HOEFER

Claudia Hoefer is an experienced consultant, trainer and business coach for change management, change communications, team and leadership development. She has gained international leadership experience and has become an expert for marketing, corporate communications and change management during her 15 years career at BOSCH. For more than eight years she was Head of Corporate Communications and Spokesperson for the Bosch Rexroth AG. As Change Manager she facilitated several Post-Merger-Integration, restructuring and divestments processes.

Claudia Hoefer is a graduated translator and holds a MBA in International Marketing.

BRIGITTE OTT-GOEBEL

Brigitte Ott-Goebel consults change projects, facilitates team workshops and supports executives with individual coachings. She is an expert for cross-cultural management specialised on China and Southeast Asia where she accumulated considerable negotiation experience for more than ten years. For Daimler AG she gained global exposure as a manager of Sales Controlling, in Sales Organization Development and as an internal consultant. Her assignments included a long-term delegation to Poland.

Brigitte Ott-Goebel is graduated in business management (B.A.), certified trainer and systemic coach. She teaches at the University of Applied Sciences (FOM) Stuttgart, Human Resources at Shaanxi University of Finance & Economics, China, and mentors junior managers.

Madeleine Rodriguez Startz

Madeleine Rodriguez Startz works as an international facilitator, coach and consultant with 19 years of professional experience. Born in Switzerland and grown up in Andalusia as well as in the Rhineland she works around the globe, effortlessly moving in between cultures.

Based in the Netherlands, she works in development cooperation (DC), in industry and non-profit organizations. As a systemic coach and consultant she is experienced in accompanying group processes and change projects, facilitating workshops and providing training for leaders and employees.

CHRISTIANE ACKERHANS

Christiane Ackerhans has been consulting and accompanying leaders and their teams in large, complex change projects in international settings for more than 20 years. She benefits from her comprehensive experience as an internal change manager, organizational developer, coach and leader in international corporations like Volkswagen, Fairchild Dornier and Bombardier Transportation.

Christiane Ackerhans holds a diploma in Social Science and further systemic educations as team and organizational developer and business coach. She wrote her doctoral thesis on the topic of “The role of leaders in organizational change processes”.

MICHAEL ZILLICH

Michael Zillich’s focus of activities is in the field of team development and organization consulting, including the consulting of change processes and training of specialists. He has substantial experience in the support of international projects, among others in Asian and African countries for international organizations and development co-operations.

Michael Zillich holds a degree in education science, psychology and Indology (M.A.) and has been consulting for Ute Clement Consulting for many years.

Christian Ried

Christian Ried’s working focus is on change projects, change management, talent development and facilitation of high potentials and experienced managers. After several years in the CRM software industry he worked as project manager in the management consulting business. There his main focus was in customer loyalty management.

He is a systemic consultant and can draw upon many years of experience in consulting and facilitation for experts and managers in the internal consulting unit for organizational development and change of a large DAX company.

CLAUS RIEHLE

Claus Riehle consults change and innovation projects and he accompanies personal development. In technology and business management he has more than 20 years of excellent experience, most of them as manager of R&D processes at Bayer AG. His strengths are systematic thinking, creative and integrative solutions, awareness for language and playing with words. He has studied Physics at TH Karlsruhe followed by a Ph.D. in Chemical Process Engineering. He did two long-term educations in counselling, studied “Systemic Management” at TU Kaiserslautern and he is qualified as Systemic Coach.

He used to play soccer for more than 50 years, hence he is well experienced with the balance of individuals and team. So he knows about the importance of playing “the Mannschaft” for success.

MELANIE KÜHLEM

Melanie Kühlem is assistant to Ute Clement and her team. She is your contact person for all questions and administrative concerns regarding your projects. She supports the entire team in all current projects from our Heidelberg office.
