I am a graduate psychologist (Heidelberg University) and a systemic consultant. I have worked in a management position at Daimler AG for several years in the field of developing managerial skills and intercultural management. Since 1995 I’ve worked as an independent consultant. In 2007 I founded Ute Clement Consulting GmbH with residences in Heidelberg and Berlin. 

My company’s slogan “Passion for Change” stands for a systemic and target-oriented consulting approach that affects change for all parties involved right from the development of a complex change architecture to the counselling of integration projects. We advise large international enterprises across all sectors as well as medium-sized enterprises. I give talks and publish on systemic consulting and factors of success of change projects. As an experienced consultant, I am available for one-on-one coaching. In these sessions, I include an organisational as well as a personal perspective. I know about all the challenges for managers of all levels within organisations from an internal point of view.

Allison Vössing

Allison Vössing is an experienced change and process consultant, presenter, and coach for international change projects as well as team and organisation development. After many years as an executive and internal consultant in the industry, she now specialises in organisational advice. She arranges, coaches qualified and management staff, moderates workshops and clarification talks, and supports team and organisation development.

Allison Vössing is a graduate in business management (BA), organisation consultant, and coach (MA) as well as a certified presenter. She lives in the USA and Germany.

How do we work?

We develop solutions together. We will navigate all relevant issues together based on my many years of experience as an international project manager, manager, and consultant. We will use all the tools that are available to us, discuss and agree on goals, and reflect on what we have accomplished.

Typical Procedure during our Coachings:

During an initial meeting coach and coachee will get to know each other. The coachee will explain their issue. Together we will discuss goals, how we will hold our meetings (face-to-face or online), how many sessions we will hold, and how long those sessions shall be. After that, we will begin with the coaching process.
