Frauen führen besser
Perception tools for men (and women)
Ute Clement
978-3-8497-0431-5
Do women lead better ….than men ….than they used to …. than they thought of themselves? Ute Clement takes different perspectives in her search for answers. Internally, where she describes and questions different patterns of perception of men and women. Outwards, where it is about social structures and processes and their long-term change. Ultimately, it is about the question of how equal participation can succeed. In this respect, it is a psychological and a political book.
In view of the current crisis-ridden times and the war in Europe, the question of political leadership and participation comes into focus for us – we are looking forward to the discussions!
Fritz Simon about Ute Clement’s book in his foreword: “Everyone, man or woman, who thinks there is only good leadership and no difference between men and women in the way they do it, should read the book, have to read it: a kind of ‘vaccination compulsion’ against dysfunctional ideas about leadership.”
> An insightful kaleidoscope of perceptual aids, … political, psychological, personal!
Review from Germany, April 23rd 2022
No smart social solutions without organised diversity!
Ute Clement has written a manifesto of determination -entertaining, mind-blowing, excellently researched, entertaining, and serious. It is about patterns of perception and social dynamics that perpetuate injustices and disadvantages between the sexes (gender). The author makes visible social contexts and those of individuals that serve as trance induction to one’s own everyday life. It is a highly political book because it strikes at the very heart of societies and permanently reveals the patterns of interaction that maintain the status quo.
No matter whether you look at the phenomena as a consultant, coach, entrepreneur, employee, or citizen: Beliefs leap out, perceptual biases become visible, unbelievable facts capture the attention and ideas for sustainable levers develop. This clever book does not tread inconsequential paths of outrage, but also spreads with much wit the knowing calm that some things are simply wrong and need to be changed.
With the current challenges facing our working world, civil society, and politics, it would be foolish and short-sighted to only gather similar views around a table.
For reasons of justice anyway.
So, anyone who has always wanted to know,
… where the German term “dual earner” comes from
… why some women prefer to sit with the men
… how both men and women can reconnect with their feminine side
… why the term “Rabenmutter” only exists in Germany,
or what a “Schlurfi” is,
this new publication by Carl Auer Systeme Publishing is warmly recommended.
